Description

JOKER 2.0 - Job, Karriere, Erfolg. Im Zentrum der Maßnahme stehen die Leistungsbezieher des Kommunalen Jobcenters Hochtaunus, die eine Nähe zum Arbeitsmarkt aufweisen. Die Teilnehmer müssen erwerbsfähig und verfügbar sein. Es können auch Teilnehmer zugewiesen werden, die eine geringfügige Nebenbeschäftigung ausüben. Das Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, die Teilnehmer dabei zu unterstützen und zu beraten, eine realistische sozialversicherungspflichtige Tätigkeit zu finden und nachhaltig ausführen zu können. Ebenso kann dies eine betriebliche Ausbildung sein. Des Weiteren werden die Teilnehmer durch die Entwicklung von beruflichen Zielen und individuellem Coaching an das Ziel der Befähigung zur selbstständigen Arbeitssuche herangeführt. Die Teilnehmer erfahren aktive Hilfestellung bei der Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen. Es sind vom Auftragnehmer 80 Maßnahmenplätze vorzuhalten. Vergütet werden die tatsächlich besetzten Maßnahmenplätze. Eine Mindestvergütung in Höhe von 60% der Gesamtmaßnahmenplätze wird jedoch garantiert. Die Regelung der Mindestvergütung greift erst nach 4 Monaten Maßnahmenlaufzeit (ab dem 15.07.2026) und bis maximal 4 Monate vor Maßnahmenende (14.11.2026).
