Description

Im Fokus der Maßnahme stehen Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen im SGB II Leistungsbezug, wobei sowohl bereits diagnostizierte Erkrankungen als auch noch nicht eindeutig geklärte gesundheitliche Einschränkungen berücksichtigt werden. Darüber hinaus ist die Maßnahme für Rehabilitanden und Menschen mit Behinderung geeignet. Es können auch Teilnehmer zugewiesen werden, die eine geringfügige Nebenbeschäftigung ausüben. Anhaltende Arbeitslosigkeit stellt ein erhebliches Risiko für die physische und psychische Gesundheit dar. Insbesondere Langzeitleistungsbeziehende sind überdurchschnittlich oft von gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen betroffen, die sowohl diagnostiziert als auch unerkannt eine dauerhafte berufliche Instabilität bedingen. Diese Wechselwirkung zwischen Gesundheit und Erwerbslosigkeit verringert nicht nur die Integrationschancen, sondern beeinträchtigt massiv die gesellschaftliche Teilhabe sowie die allgemeine Lebensführung. Mit Blick auf die kommenden gesetzlichen Anpassungen im SGB II 2026 rückt VITA das Prinzip des Förderns und Forderns wieder konsequenter in den Mittelpunkt der Integrationsarbeit. VITA verknüpft die Themenkomplexe Gesundheit und Arbeit innerhalb der individuellen Lebenswelt der Teilnehmenden und schafft durch eine erhöhte Betreuungsdichte die notwendige Verbindlichkeit, um nachhaltige Veränderungen zu bewirken. Durch diesen ganzheitlichen Ansatz wird eine zielgerichtete Aktivierung sichergestellt, die über die bloße Stabilisierung hinausgeht und eine belastbare Perspektive für den ersten Arbeitsmarkt entwickelt. Zielsetzung der Maßnahme: Das primäre Ziel der Maßnahme ist die direkte und nachhaltige Integration der Teilnehmer in eine leidensgerechte sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung. Gesundheitsförderung und individuelle Problembearbeitung werden hierbei nicht als isolierte Vorleistungen betrachtet, sondern sind zwingender Bestandteil eines aktiven Vermittlungsprozesses, der ab dem ersten Tag der Teilnahme eingeleitet wird. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der unmittelbaren Identifikation marktfähiger Ressourcen und deren proaktiver Vermarktung gegenüber potenziellen Arbeitgebern. Der Auftragnehmer ist gefordert, gesundheitliche Einschränkungen als Rahmenbedingung für eine gezielte Akquise passgenauer Arbeitsplätze zu nutzen und nicht als Hindernis für den Vermittlungsversuch anzusehen. Die individuelle Teilnahmedauer der Maßnahme liegt bei 9 Monaten. Der Einstieg erfolgt laufend. Die Maßnahme ist für eine Kapazität von maximal 30 Teilnehmern ausgelegt. Die Gesamtmaßnahme beginnt am 01.11.2026 und endet am 31.10.2029. Es sind vom Auftragnehmer 30 Teilnehmerplätze vorzuhalten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer Aufstockung der Maßnahmenplätze auf 40 Teilnehmerplätze. Vergütet werden die tatsächlich besetzten Maßnahmenplätze. Eine Mindestvergütung in Höhe von 60% der Gesamtmaßnahmenplätze wird jedoch nach 6 Monaten Laufzeit der Maßnahme garantiert. Die Mindestvergütung von 60% der Teilnehmerplätze gilt bis 6 Monate vor Ende der Laufzeit der Maßnahme. Daraus ergibt sich der Zeitraum, in dem die Mindestvergütung gilt: 01.05.2027 - 30.04.2029.
