Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) - Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo) - Energetika“ (dále jen „Energetika“). Základní předmět Díla pro část Energetika je definována seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze 7.1.1. Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
