Základní předmět Díla pro část Infrastruktura je definován seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze 7.1.1. Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
