Předmět plnění této veřejné zakázky na stavební práce představuje jedno z plnění, která společně tvoří jeden funkční celek (stavbu/celou investiční akci) a jsou zadávána v časové souvislosti. Zadavatel rozdělil předmět plnění funkčního celku stavby na části a jednotlivá plnění představující tyto části zadává v samostatných zadávacích řízeních. Investiční akce je rozdělena celkem na tři samostatné zakázky - Infrastruktura, Energetika a Zabezpečovací a sdělovací zařízení, které tvoří jeden funkční celek. Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení staveb „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) - Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo)“ - ZABEZPEČOVACÍ A SDĚLOVACÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ a „Modernizace traťového úseku odb. Kanín - Chlumec nad Cidlinou (včetně)“ - vybavení nového sálu CDP Praha. Základní předmět Díla Veřejné zakázky „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) - Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo)- ZABEZPEČOVACÍ A SDĚLOVACÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ a „Modernizace traťového úseku odb. Kanín - Chlumec nad Cidlinou (včetně) - vybavení nového sálu CDP Praha, je definován seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 7.1.1 Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je i poskytnutí součinnosti týkající se Díla či jeho částí, a to po dobu trvání Smlouvy o poskytování součinnosti, přičemž částí Díla se rozumí (nikoli však výhradně) zabezpečovací zařízení, provozní aplikace s vazbou na zabezpečovací zařízení (dále také jen „Zařízení“), a to pro případné budoucí potřeby zadavatele navázat na dodanou část Díla dalším Zařízením jiného zhotovitele/výrobce. Požadavek se týká staveb „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) - Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo) - ZABEZPEČOVACÍ A SDĚLOVACÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ a „Modernizace traťového úseku odb.
