Description

Předmětem plnění Veřejné zakázky je dodávka, implementace, provozní podpora a rozvoj elektronického systému spisové služby pro zajištění správy dokumentů a výkonu spisové služby v podmínkách zadavatele. Požadované řešení musí být v souladu s platnou legislativou České republiky, zejména zákonem č. 499/2004 Sb., o archivnictví a spisové službě a o změně některých zákonů, Národním standardem pro elektronické systémy spisové služby, souvisejícími prováděcími právními předpisy a požadavky na atestaci elektronických systémů spisové služby. Součástí plnění bude i migrace dat a dokumentů ze stávajícího elektronického systému AthenA včetně zachování jejich integrity, vazeb a metadat. Předmět plnění Veřejné zakázky bude realizován za podmínek a ve lhůtách stanovených v Závazném návrhu smlouvy, který tvoří Příloha č. 3 zadávací dokumentace a v rozsahu Technické specifikace - funkční požadavky, která tvoří Přílohu č. 1 Závazného návrhu smlouvy. Bližší informace o veřejné zakázce a jejich přílohách jsou obsaženy v zadávací dokumentaci a jejich přílohách.
