Description

Zadavatel je provozovatelem městské hromadné dopravy v Praze a přilehlém regionu. Účelem této sektorové veřejné zakázky je uzavření příkazní smlouvy, jejíž závazný návrh je Přílohou č. 1 zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Smlouva“), na jejímž základě budou realizovány dále uvedené činnosti v rámci stavby s názvem Rekonstrukce tramvajové trati /Seifertova - Táboritská - Jičínská (po konec úseku nad ulicí Přemyslovská) a přilehlých komunikací (dále jen „stavba“). Vybraný dodavatel bude povinen zajistit realizaci veškerých investorských a inženýrských činností, zejména zajistit předání staveniště, výkon technického dozoru investora (dle jen „TDI“), výkon koordinátora BOZP, případná majetkoprávní vypořádání, uvedení stavby do provozu, její kolaudaci a aktivaci. Podrobný popis předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je uveden ve Smlouvě. Rozsah výkonu TDI včetně správce stavby vychází ze Sazebníku pro navrhování nabídkových cen projektových prací a inženýrské činnosti UNIKA (přílohy č. 15) platném v době uzavření Smlouvy - Doporučený obsah a rozsah výkonu technického dozoru Příkazce (stavebníka).
