Beschreibung

Tromsø municipality shall enter into a dynamic purchasing system for ICT consultancy services. The scheme shall ensure the municipality access to broad and updated ICT professional competence - including within artificial intelligence and new digital technologies - throughout the entire lifetime of the scheme. Requirement:; Includes basic IT infrastructure and operation: • Network (LAN/WAN) • Firewall and network security • Servers and operating systems • Virtualisation • Backup and Restore • Storage • Operation and troubleshooting; User-specific services: • Client set up (image/tanking) • End point administration • Microsoft 365 (client close) • Mobility and device management (Intune etc.) • User support and optimisation; Application layer and technical integration: Microsoft platform (AD, M365 backend, Entra ID) Databases (MS SQL, Oracle) Integrations and APIs System integration VIrtualisation of work surface; Security as a separate discipline: • Authentication and access management (IAM) • Security architecture • Monitoring and incident management • Vulnerability analyses • End point security / antivirus; Modern infrastructure: • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Migration to cloud • Hybrid systems • Cloud governance • Platform services (PaaS, SaaS); Includes: Data and analysis: • Data warehouse and data platforms • Data integration and data quality • BI and visualisation • Analysis and decision support. KI and advanced analysis: • Machine learning and AI models • Predictive analysis (e.g. health, operation) • Automation and intelligent processes • NLP (text comprehension, chatbots) Operation and industrialisation: • MLOps • Model management • Operation of AI systems; Special technology relevant for municipalities: • IoT platforms • Sensory • Smart-by systems • Integration with operational systems; Transverse consultancy services: • IT architecture (performance and system architecture) • Digitalisation strategy • Sourcing and outssourced services • Technology choices and road maps • Management of complex IT landscapes • Artificial intelligence: • Use of KI in the public sector. • Profit realisation KI • Ethical and responsible KI; Implementation: • Project management (waterfalls/flexible) • Programme management • Alteration management • Profit realisation • Flexible coaching
