ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК здійснює поставку ТОВАРУ на умовах DDP Delivered Duty Paid (Поставка з оплатою мита) відповідно до Правил «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року. Строк поставки ТОВАРУ - протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів на підставі наданої письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ . Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: м. Львів; (адреса вказується в рознарядці покупця). Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15-й календарний день Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран.
