Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур, видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається рахунок та накладна Продавця. Продавець здійснює поставку та передачу Товару Покупцю на умовах DDP (відповідно до офіційних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати Інкотермс у редакції 2010р.)за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою Черкаська область, Черкаський район, _________________. Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок та автотранспортом Продавця. Строк поставки товару - 01.12.2026 року. Передача товару Продавцем проводиться протягом двох діб з моменту отримання заявки Покупця в телефонному чи будь-якому вигляді. З кожною партією товару Продавець зобов’язаний надавати товаросупровідну документацію в порядку, що передбачено вимогами чинного законодавства України. Постачальник гарантує, що країною походження товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення цього Договору не є російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
