Description

1. Країною походження запропонованого товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран 2. Орієнтовне місце поставки та кількість Товару вказані в Таблиці №1 цього Додатку. Про точне місце поставки Товару Покупець письмово повідомляє Постачальника протягом строку, визначеного цим Договором. 3. Термін поставки: протягом 60 календарних днів з дати укладання договору. 4. Дата виготовлення Товару: 2025-2026 рік, але не раніше 12 місяців до дати поставки. 5. Умови поставки: - для резидентів, DDP - склад (станція) призначення; - для не резидентів, DAP - склад (станція) призначення 6. Транспортні витрати по доставці Товару в місце призначення (при умовах поставки, DDP/DAP) включені в ціну товару (предмету закупівлі). 7. Умови приймання Товару: допускається відхилення від погодженої до поставки кількості Товару в сторону зменшення до 10 % з відповідною зміною загальної вартості по Договору. 8. Вимоги до тари та упаковки: Упаковка (тара) і маркування Товару відповідають встановленим правилам, стандартам і технічним умовам. Упаковка (тара) забезпечує повну цілісність Товару при транспортуванні відповідними видами транспорту, включаючи перевалювання і перевантаження, а також має пристосування для можливих перевантажень як за допомогою піднімальних механізмів, так і ручним засобом (за допомогою візків і авто (електро-) кар). Упаковка (тара) - незворотна. 9. Гарантійний строк на Товар: термін гарантії відповідає терміну гарантії підприємства-виробника продукції, але не менше 12 місяців з дати поставки. 10. Вимоги до якості Товару: Товар новий (не відновлений), не з консервації. Якість Товару повинна відповідати діючим на території України Технічним регламентам та/або ДСТУ, та/або ТУ та підтверджується паспортом виробника та/або сертифікатом виробника при поставці Товару. 11. Перелік документів на момент поставки: - оригінал технічного паспорта та/або сертифікату якості від фактичного Виробника Товару, або їх копії завірені підписом уповноваженої особи постачальника (із зазначенням прізвища, ініціалів та посади особи), а також відбитком печатки постачальника (у разі її використання).
