Service design is defined as a structured process covering user-centred problem definition and user research (interviews, observation, workshops, co-creation, quantitative data) and concepting and testing with users, producing at least one tested service or operational concept. Assignments may cover both phases or only parts of the process. The notice is a request to participate. Interested suppliers should respond according to the procedure set out in the notice.
