Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Oulun kaupungin koulujen iltapäivätoiminnan ohjaajapalvelu. Oulun kaupunki järjestää omana toimintana koulujen iltapäivätoimintaa ja ostaa myös palvelua. Oulun kaupungin kouluissa toimintaa järjestetään klo 11-16.30 välisenä aikana, arki koulu päivinä elokuusta touko- kesäkuun vaihteeseen koulun lukuvuodesta riippuen. Tarjouspyynnön julkaisuhetkellä on voimassa Oulun kaupungin perusopetuksen iltapäivätoiminnan toimintasuunnitelma 2025, jonka mukaisesti iltapäivätoimintaa järjestetään. Hankittavan palvelun tulee olla laadukasta ja palvelu tulee toteuttaa tässä tarjouspyynnössä sekä sen liitteissä kuvatulla tavalla. Tämä hankinta koskee Tilaajan perusopetuksen iltapäivätoimintaa pois lukien ne koulut, joilla Tilaaja järjestää Palvelua kokonaan omana toimintanaan. Hankinta on jaettu neljään maantieteelliseen alueeseen, joissa Oulun kaupungin peruskoulut sijaitsevat ja samat alueet toimivat myös oppilaaksiotto alueina. Lisäksi omana osa-alueena on yksityiset koulut. Sopimuskausi on 1.8.2026 - 31.5.2027. Sopimuskauden jälkeen on mahdollisuus vuoden pituiseen optioon, tilaaja ja palveluntuottaja sopivat option käytöstä 3 kk ennen option käyttöönottoa. Kilpailutuksessa valintaperusteena käytetään kokonaistaloudellista edullisuutta, jonka perusteena käytetään parasta laatua (käänteinen kilpailutus). - Kellon koulu - Kiviniemen koulu - Kuivasjärven koulu - Länsituulen koulu - Pateniemen koulu 2 ryhmää - Pöllönkankaan koulu - Pohjois-Ritaharjun koulu 2 ryhmää; - Hintan koulu 2 ryhmää - Hiukkavaaran koulu 3 ryhmää - Hönttämäen koulu - Myllyojan koulu - Oulujoen koulu; - Lintulammen koulu 2 ryhmää - Myllytullin koulu - Oulun Kansainvälinen koulu - Oulun normaalikoulu Koskelan yksikkö - Paulaharjun koulu - Teuvo Pakkalan koulu - Tuiran koulu - Tuiran koulu, Merituulen yksikkö; - Heikkilänkankaan koulu - Kaakkurin koulu - Knuutilankankaan koulu /Lämsänjärven koulu - Metsokankaan koulu 2 ryhmää - Oulunlahden koulu; - Svenska Privatskolan i Uleåborg - Oulun Steinerkoulu: Iltapäivätoiminta pohjautuu Steinerpedagogiikkaan. - Oulun Taikatahti: Iltapäivätoiminta pohjautuu Reggio Emilia pedagogiikan. - Oulun kristillinen peruskoulu: Iltapäivätoiminta pohjautuu kristilliseen maailmankatsomukseen ja arvopohjaan.
