Työnhaun ohjaus ja neuvontapalvelu Mikkelin seudun työllisyyspalveluiden asiakkaille. Työnhaun ohjaus ja neuvontapalvelu on ennakoivaa, työttömyyttä ehkäisevää ja nopeaa työllistymistä edistävää palvelua. Palvelu luokitellaan työnhakuvalmennukseksi. Palvelun tavoitteena on edistää ja nopeuttaa asiakkaiden työllistymistä sekä mahdollistaa asiakkaiden omatoiminen ja tehokas työnhaku. Tavoitteena on tarjota asiakkaille selkeät ja ajantasaiset ohjeet ja työkalut työnhakuprosessin tueksi, vahvistaa asiakkaiden työnhaun taitoja ja lisätä heidän ymmärrystään omasta osaamisestaan, työmarkkinoista sekä yrittäjyydestä. Palvelu on suunnattu Mikkelin seudun työllisyyspalveluiden työnhakijoille, jotka tarvitsevat matalalla kynnyksellä apua työnhakuun, työllistymiseen sekä työelämässä tarvittaviin tietoteknisiin taitoihin tai työllistymisen esteiden tunnistamiseen. Palvelua toteutetaan ensisijaisesti verkossa ja palveluntuottajan järjestämissä tiloissa Mikkelin seudun työllisyyspalveluiden alueella (Mikkeli, Kangasniemi, Juva, Hirvensalmi, Mäntyharju ja Puumala). Toteutuksen pääpaino on verkkowebinaareissa, joita voi itsenäisesti suorittaa ja joihin kuuluu yksilöohjausta. Lisäksi palvelu voi asiakkaan tarpeesta riippuen olla yksilöpainotteista valmennusta tai palvelua voidaan toteuttaa ryhmämuotoisena valmennuksena. Ryhmämuotoisen valmennuksen toteutus voi olla verkossa tai lähivalmennuksena. Myös eri teemaiset infotilaisuudet mahdollisia. Palvelun suunniteltu toteuttamisaika on 1.1.-31.12.2027. Lisäksi mahdollisuus kolmeen (3) yhden vuoden mittaiseen optioon seuraavasti: 1. Optiokausi 1.1.-31.12.2028 2. Optiokausi 1.1.-31.12.2029 3. Optiokausi 1.1.-31.12.2030 Arvio palveluun ohjautuvasta asiakasmäärästä 500 asiakasta / vuosi. Arvio ei sido tilaajaa eikä aseta määräostovelvoitetta tilaajalle.
