Hankinnan kohteena on työnohjauspalvelut Kainuun ja Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueiden henkilöstölle. Hankinta on jaettu 8 osaan: 1. Yleinen työnohjaus 2. Johdon- ja esihenkilöiden työnohjaus 3. Työyhteisösovittelu 4. Sosiaalihuollon asiakastyön työnohjaus 5. Terveydenhuollon ja ensihoidon potilastyön työnohjaus 6. Psykiatrian, psykologien ja psykoterapian työnohjaus 7. Akuutti, kriisi- ja traumatyönohjaus 8. Pelastusalan työnohjaus Jokainen osa-alue sisältää soveltuvin osin yksilö- ryhmä- ja casetyönohjausta. Jokaisessa osa-alueessa tarjoaja voi ilmoittaa tarjoaako etäpalvelua ja/tai lähipalvelua, ja millä paikkakunnalla mahdollista lähipalvelua tarjoaa. Yhteen osa-alueeseen voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa työnohjaajaa/sovittelijaa samalla hinnalla. Jos sama tarjoaja haluaa tarjota yhden osa-alueen sisällä eri hintaisia työnohjaajia/sovittelijoita, tulee niistä tehdä omat tarjouksensa tarjouspalvelu.fi-portaalissa. Tarjoaja voi siis jättää tarvittaessa useamman tarjouksen. Jokaiselle osa-alueella muodostetaan oma, osa-aluekohtainen etusijajärjestyksensä, vertailuperusteiden mukaisesti. Toimittaja voi jättää tarjouksensa ja tulla valituksi yhteen tai useampaan osaan. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Optiona varataan lisäksi mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokaudella.
