TVT Asunnot Oy pyysi tarjouksia Turussa sijaitsevien asuintalokohteiden lukitusjärjestelmän uusimisesta. Hankinnan tarkoituksena on korvata 16 asuintalokohteen nykyinen lukitusjärjestelmä uudella elektromekaanisella järjestelmällä. Vaatimusten mukainen elektromekaaninen lukitusjärjestelmä vähentää tilaajan huoltotöitä ja kustannuksia, mikä on tärkeää sekä asukkaille että tilaajan kaltaiselle vuokra-asuntotoimijalle. Hankinnasta tehdään sopimus yhden toimittajan kanssa. Hankittava lukitusjärjestelmä kattaa asuintalokohteissa sijaitsevat asuinhuoneistot, postilaatikot, porraskäytävät, tekniset tilat ja asukkaiden varasto- ja yhteiskäyttötilat. Avainpesät, avaimet sekä tarvittavat ohjelmistot lisensseineen toimitetaan asennettuina ja ohjelmoituina siten, että lukot ja avaimet ovat käyttökunnossa. Toimitusaikataulusta sovitaan asuintalokohteittain tarjouskilpailun voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa. Toimituksen tulee olla valmis kaikkien asuintalokohteiden osalta vuoden 2026 loppuun mennessä.
