Rakennushanke käsittää Lumikonkatu 6:ssa (20240 Turku) sijaitsevien kahden kerrostalon perusparannuksen muutostyöt täysin valmiiksi saatettuna kaikkien tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa. Urakassa rakennuksiin A sekä B (vanhat F ja E) rakennetaan suunnitelmien mukaisesti uusi ullakkokerros, jossa on uusia asuinhuoneistoja. Lisäksi erillisenä urakkana toteutetaan myöhemmin rakennus C:n (vanha D) purku ja pelikentän rakentaminen puretun rakennuksen C kohdalle. Rakennushanke toteutetaan vaiheittain.
