Urakkamuotona on kokonaisurakka. Rakennusurakka sisältää kolmen talon (11, 13 ja 14) peruskorjauksen ja LVIS-työt niihin liittyvine kaivuutöineen urakka-asiakirjojen edellyttämässä laajuudessa. Kohteessa on vuokra-asuntoja yhteensä 84 kappaletta. Urakka toteutetaan vaiheittain. Kohdetta koskevilla kiinteistöillä on urakkaa koskeva lainvoimainen rakennuslupa.
