Korjauksen kohteena on Turun Jäkärlässä sijaistevat luhtitalot. Rakennukset ovat valmistuneet vuonna 1991. Luhtiportaita on yhteensä 6 kpl. Korjaustyö sisältää muun muassa seuraavaa: -väliaikaisten portaiden rakentaminen -vanhojen elementtiportaiden purkaminen suunnitelmien mukaisessa laajuudessa -metallirakenteisten kaiteiden ja kaidelevyjen purkaminen ja takaisin asentaminen -uusien elementtiportaiden ja -tasojen asentaminen -uusien katosten sekä niihin liittyvien vesikourujen ja syöksyjen asentaminen -portaisiin liittyvien, olemassa olevien teräsrakenteiden hionta ja maalaus -olemassa olevien teräspilareiden perustusten tarkistaminen ja korjaaminen yksikköhinnoin -uusien rst-käsijohteiden asentaminen.
