Description

Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Verkko-oppimisympäristö integraatioineen ja siihen liittyvät ylläpitopalvelut ja kehitystyöt • Tähän liittyviä optioita Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei niitä ole erikseen pyydetty. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat ovat suomen kielellä ja tarjous tulee antaa suomen kielellä. Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia 1397/2016. Menettelytapana on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely. Hankintayksikkö on Hyria koulutus Oy. Hankinnan kohteena olevia palveluita voidaan käyttää myös muissa Hyria-konsortioon kuuluvissa yhteisöissä. Tarjouksen liitteenä edellytetään: - Liite 1 - Vaatimusmäärittely, excel (ladataan kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit") - Liite 2 - Hintaliite, excel (ladataan kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit") - Liite 4 - referenssit, excel (ladataan kohdassa "soveltuvuusvaatimukset") - Alustava käyttöönoton projektisuunnitelma (viite: liite 1, rivi 44), ladataan kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" - Tarjotun ratkaisun Palvelukuvaus (viite: liite 1, rivi 60), ladataan kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" - Tietoturvakuvaus (Viite: liite 1, rivi 142), ladataan kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit"
