Istekki Oy pyytää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS), jonka kohteena on Tekoäly- ja automaatioratkaisut ja niihin liittyvät palvelut 2026-2033. DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on jaettu 5 eri koriin (osa-alueeseen): 1: Potilastietojärjestelmien tekoälyratkaisut 2: Sote-toimialan fyysiset tekoälyä hyödyntävät laitteet ja robotit 3: Sote-toimialan ja pelastustoimen tekoälyratkaisut 4: Muut kuin sote-toimialan tekoälyratkaisut 5: Tehtävien ja prosessien automatisointiratkaisut Ehdokas voi hakeutua koreihin 1-5. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään voivat hakea tarjoajaksi kaikki sellaiset ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ESPD-lomakkeella ja osallistumispyynnöllä ilmoitetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat koko dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston ajan pyytää oikeutta osallistua dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttävien ehdokkaiden määrää ei ole rajoitettu. Ehdokas hakeutuu dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään jättämällä osallistumishakemuksen. Istekki Oy voi halutessaan lyhentää tai pidentää dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kestoa julkaisemalla siitä hankintailmoituksen. Istekki Oy voi myös korottaa hankinnan arvoa julkaisemalla siitä hankintailmoituksen. Lisäksi Istekki Oy pidättää itsellään oikeuden sulkea tilapäisesti osallistumishakemuksien jättämisen dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään sen voimassaolon aikana (esim. loma-ajat). Tänä aikana ei järjestetä kilpailutuksia dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä. Ks. liitteet.
