Tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut huolehtivat häiriönhallinnasta, kaupungin pääkäyttäjien opastamisesta ja tuesta sekä ohjelmiston, käyttöympäristön ja integraatioiden ajan tasalla pitämisestä.
