Description

Hankinnan kohteena on rinnakkaisliittymisen lisäpiirre Lifecare Sosiaalihuoltoon. Ratkaisu mahdollistaa yksityisten palveluntuottajien sosiaalihuollon asiakastietojen kirjaaminen hyvinvointialueen asiakastietojärjestelmään kansallisten vaatimusten mukaisesti tilanteissa, joissa yksityinen palveluntuottaja tuottaa sosiaalihuollon palveluja hyvinvointialueelle, mutta palveluntuottajalla ei ole käytössä itse hankkimaansa kansalliset vaatimukset täyttävää asiakastietojärjestelmää. Yksityisen palveluntuottajan tuottamat sosiaalihuollon asiakasasiakirjat tallennetaan Kanta-palveluihin lain, kansallisen ohjeistuksen sekä Kanta-palvelujen vaatimusten mukaisesti. Ratkaisu huolehtii Kantaan tallennettavien asiakirjojen metatietojen muodostumisesta kansallisten määritysten mukaisesti. Hankinta kuuluu julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain (1397/2016) 26 § EUkynnysarvon ylittäviin palveluhankintoihin.
