Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Microsoft 365 -asiantuntijapalveluiden tuottaminen Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficomille kokonaispalveluna. Kokonaispalvelussa toimittaja vastaa palvelun tuottamisesta ja palvelulle asetettujen tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta. Alustan kehittyessä tuen tarpeet tarkentuvat ja muuttuvat, joten palveluntuottajalta odotetaan kykyä vastata muuttuviin tarpeisiin. Tarkempi hankinnan kohteen kuvaus, laajuus ja rajaukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus sopimuskaudella on 1-2 henkilötyövuotta per vuosi. Palveluiden tarve voi sopimuskauden aikana vaihdella ja palvelun tulee skaalautua Tilaajan tarpeiden mukaisesti joko ylös- tai alaspäin Sopimuskausi on 5 vuotta ja sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokaudella. Tilaaja päättää erikseen optioiden käyttämisestä.
