Hankinnan kohteena on budjetoinnin ja ennustamisen järjestelmä, joka kattaa budjetoinnin, ennustamisen ja henkilöstösuunnittelun prosessit yhtenä kokonaisuutena. Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa riittävän tarkka laskentakohdetasoinen budjetointi sekä tarjota ajantasainen tieto raportointijärjestelmään ilman erillisiä Excel-pohjaisia prosesseja. Ratkaisun avulla talous- ja henkilöstösuunnittelu voidaan toteuttaa tehokkaasti, läpinäkyvästi ja tietoturvallisesti. Järjestelmä hankitaan SaaS-palveluna (Software as a Service), jolloin toimittaja vastaa palvelun teknisestä ylläpidosta, päivityksistä, tietoturvasta ja jatkuvasta palvelun toimivuudesta.
