Description

Hankintarenkaan hankinnan kohteena ovat perustietotekniikan palvelut tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteineen mukaisesti. Hankinnan keskeisen sisällön muodostavat käyttäjätukipalvelut ja service desk-palvelut, päätelaitteiden elinkaari- ja hallintapalvelut (pl. laitehankinta), palvelinten käyttö- ja kapasiteettipalvelut, pilvi- ja M365-palvelut, asiantuntijapalvelut, nyky-ympäristön transitio- migraatiopalvelut eli käyttöönottoprojekti. Hankintarenkaalla on tällä hetkellä käytössä Tiera Oy:n (entinen Kuntien Tiera) tarjoamat käyttäjätukipalvelut (mm. service desk ja lähituki), palvelinten käyttö- ja kapasiteettipalvelut sekä pilvi- ja M365-palvelut ja Velora Oy:n laitehankinnan palvelut. Tietoliikenne- ja sisäverkkojen ratkaisut hankintarenkaalle toteuttaa Lounea Oy. Perustietotekniikkapalveluiden tulevan sopimustoimittajan tulee kyetä yhteistyöhön mainittujen kolmansien osapuolien kanssa PTT-palvelun kokonaisvaltaisessa toteutuksessa (esim. palvelupyyntöjen eskalointi ja välitys service deskistä kolmansille). Hankinnan keskeisenä kohteena on edellä mainittujen Tiera Oy:n palveluiden siirtäminen ja haltuunotto valitun sopimustoimittajan toimesta. Hankintayksikkö on pyrkinyt kuvaamaan palveluiden nykytilanteen mahdollisimman kattavasti, mutta kyseisiä palveluita ollaan kilpailuttamassa ensimmäistä kertaa tässä laajuudessa, joten osa tarjouksen tekemiseen ja palveluiden toimittamiseen liittyvistä riskeistä siirtyy tarjoajan ja valitun toimittajan vastuulle. Hankintayksikön tavoitteena on saada kilpailutettua sopimuskumppani, joka kykenee toteuttamaan käyttöönottoprojektin ja tarjouspyynnöllä kuvattujen palvelujen jatkuvuuden ja tuotantokäytön mahdollisimman joustavasti ja asiakaslähtöisesti. Tilaajat edellyttävät valitulta toimittajalta kyvykkyyttä toteuttaa palvelut Sastamalan kaupungin ja Punkalaitumen kunnan maantieteellisellä alueella viipymättä ja tilaajan tarpeet kulloinkin sopimuskaudella huomioiden.
