Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat radiologian erikoislääkärin etälausunto- ja tutkimuspalvelut. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 1.11.2026-31.10.2028. Tilaajalla on oikeus halutessaan käyttää kaksi yhden vuoden pituista optiokautta: ensimmäinen optiokausi 1.11.2028-31.10.2029 ja toinen optiokausi 1.11.2029-31.10.2030. Optiot ovat mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimuskautta. Tilaaja ilmoittaa option käyttämisestä Palveluntuottajalle kirjallisesti ennen kulloinkin voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä. Ilmoitettu sopimuskauden alkamispäivä on tavoiteaikataulu. Hankintayksikkö noudattaa hankintalain mukaisia määräaikoja, minkä vuoksi sopimuskausi voi alkaa aikaisintaan lakisääteisen odotusajan päätyttyä. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin tilaus- tai hankintamääriin. Hankintailmoituksessa ja tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa esitetyt määrät ovat arvioita, jotka voivat sopimuskauden aikana alittua tai ylittyä. Tilaajan palvelutarve voi vaihdella myös alueellisesti. Ilmoitettuja arvioituja määriä käytetään ainoastaan tarjousten vertailuhinnan laskennassa, eivätkä ne sido Tilaajaa. Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen virkasuhteessa oleva henkilö ei voi osallistua oman organisaationsa tarjouskilpailuun tarjoajana. Henkilö ei myöskään voi samanaikaisesti toimia Tilaajan palveluksessa virkasuhteessa ja palveluntuottajan ostopalvelusopimukseen perustuvassa tehtävässä tuottaen samaa palvelua Tilaajalle. Kts.
