Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Seinäjoen Työterveys Oy:n asiakkaiden henkilöstölle ostettava työterveyshuollon erikoislääkärin etälääkärivastaanotto, joka sisältää potilasvastaanottoa (KL1), työterveysneuvotteluja ja sairaanhoitoa (KL2). Palvelu tuotetaan virka-aikana, klo 8-16. Palvelu tuotetaan EU-alueella. Sopimuskausi on 1.3.2025 - 28.2.2026, optio 1 vuosi. Etälääkäripalvelu toteutetaan etävastaanottona (videovastaanotto), jossa lääkäri ottaa laajasti kantaa potilaan hoitoon. Etävastaanotto vastaa kestoltaan ja sisällöltään fyysistä vastaanottoa, mukaan lukien kirjaamismerkinnät. Potilas osallistuu vastaanotolle käyttämällä omaa päätelaitettaan etäyhteyden kautta. Ennakoitu palvelun tarve on 7 tuntia/ päivä / 3-4 pv / vko. Palveluntuottaja sitoutuu vähintään 21 työtunnin tuottamiseen viikossa. Loma-ajat sovitaan erikseen. Työpäivän tauot ovat omaa aikaa. Tilaaja maksaa vain toteutuneista etävastaanottokäyneistä. Käyttämättä jääneistä etävastaanottoajoista ei makseta. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Tilaajalla on palveluntuottajan henkilöstöön nähden työnjohdollinen vastuu ja työntekijöiden tulee noudattaa annettuja työ- ja toimintaohjeita sekä turvallisuusmääräyksiä. Ajanvarauskirjan laatii Seinäjoen Työterveys Oy. Potilaiden varaaminen etälääkärin työlistalle hoituu tilaajan hoitajan kautta tai asiakas voi varata ajan tilaajan sähköisen ajanvarauksen kautta. Palveluntuottajan tulee tarjota kaksi työterveyshuollon erikoislääkäriä toteuttamaan palvelua. Lääkärit on nimettävä ja hyväksytettävä tilaajalla ennen sopimuksen allekirjoittamista. Palvelua suorittavilla lääkäreillä on oltava Valviran myöntämä oikeus harjoitta työterveyshuollon erikoislääkärin ammattia laillistettuna ammattihenkilönä. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana.
