Description

Hankinnan kohteena on kuulokojeiden sovitus- ja ylläpitopalvelu Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen pohjoisella osa-alueella. Palveluun sisältyy lääkinnällisenä kuntoutuksena myönnettyjen kuulokojeiden sovitus ja ylläpitopalvelu sekä muiden yksittäisten korvakappaleisiin ja kuulokojeisiin liittyvien huoltotoimenpiteiden hankinta kaudelle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. Hankintaan sisältyy kaksi kertaa yhden (1 + 1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus (1.1.2029-31.12.2029 ja 1.1.2030-31.12.2030). Option käyttämisestä tehdään erikseen päätös noin kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä. Toiminta-alue on Pohjoinen alue, johon kuuluu Pietarsaari, Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pedersöre ja Uusikaarlepyy. Pietarsaaren alueella on noin 250 kuulonhuoltoasiakasta per vuosi. Asiakasmäärä on arvio eikä tilaaja sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Palvelun asiakkaalla on oltava palvelua varten korva-, nenä- ja kurkkutautien toimintayksikön toimintaperiaatteiden mukaisesti hyväksytty lähete tai apuvälinepäätös, jonka määräysten mukaan kuulokojepalvelu toteutetaan. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden tarkastella palvelun järjestämistapaa sopimuskauden aikana. Tarkastelun seurauksena palvelun laajuus voi muuttua tai palvelu voidaan osittain tai kokonaan siirtää tilaajan omaksi toiminnaksi hankintasopimuksen ehtojen mukaisesti.
