Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat psykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut ja päihdelääkäripalvelut henkilöstövuokrauksena Lapin hyvinvointialueelle. Hankinnalla täydennetään tilaajan omaa palvelutuotantoa ja turvataan riittävä lääkärityövoima oman henkilöstön poissaoloista johtuviin sijaisuuksiin sekä muihin henkilöstövajeesta aiheutuviin palvelutarpeisiin. Hankittava palvelu on luonteeltaan lääkäripalvelujen henkilöstövuokrausta. Vuokratut lääkärit työskentelevät tilaajan työnjohdon ja valvonnan alaisina. Palveluntuottaja vastaa työnantajavelvoitteistaan sekä muista työnantajalle kuuluvista lakisääteisistä velvoitteista. Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: * POS 1 / Aikuispsykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut * POS 2 / Nuorisopsykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut * POS 3 / Lastenpsykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut * POS 4 / Päihdelääkäripalvelut Sopimuskausi on 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2029. Hankintaan sisältyy kaksi (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaista optiokautta ajalle 1.2.2029 - 31.1.2030 ja 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen (1) tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Hankittavien palvelujen sisältö ja palvelulle asetetut vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä olevassa palvelukuvauksessa (liite 1). Kullekin osa-alueelle perustetaan oma puitejärjestely. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan kaikki tarjoajat, jotka täyttävät tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä asetetut soveltuvuus- ja vähimmäisvaatimukset. Palveluntuottajan valinta yksittäiseen toimeksiantoon tehdään palvelukuvauksen kohdassa 4.1 kuvatun etusijajärjestykseen perustuvan valintamenettelyn mukaisesti. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia kokonaisuudessaan suomen kielellä. Hankinnan kohteena ovat aikuispsykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut henkilöstövuokrauksena. Hankittavan palvelun sisältöä ja henkilöstölle asetettuja vaatimuksia koskevat tarkemmat kuvaukset on esitetty palvelukuvauksessa (liite 1). Tilaaja arvioi palvelutarpeen olevan sopimuskaudella noin 2,5 henkilötyövuotta vuodessa. Kyseessä on arvio, joka perustuu tarjouspyynnön julkaisuhetkellä tiedossa oleviin tarpeisiin. Arvio ei sido tilaajaa eikä muodosta palveluntuottajalle oikeutta tiettyyn hankintamäärään. Hankittavan palvelun määrä voi vaihdella sopimuskauden aikana tilaajan todellisen tarpeen mukaisesti.; Hankinnan kohteena ovat nuorisopsykiatrian erikoislääkäripalvelut henkilöstövuokrauksena. Hankittavan palvelun sisältöä ja henkilöstölle asetettuja vaatimuksia koskevat tarkemmat kuvaukset on esitetty palvelukuvauksessa (liite 1).
