Description

Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO ja OSAO Edu Oy pyytävät tarjouksia henkilöstönsä työterveyspalveluista. Hankinnan kohteena on työterveyshuoltopalvelut Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAOn ja OSAO Edu Oy:n henkilöstölle. Palveluntuottajan tulee tarjota palveluja vähintään Oulussa, Pudasjärvellä ja Taivalkoskella. Sopimuksen kohteena ovat - ennaltaehkäisevät (ns. Kela 1) palvelut, - vapaaehtoiset sairaanhoitopalvelut (ns. Kela 2) palvelut ja - muut liitteessä Palvelukuvaus määritellyt palvelut. Tämä tarjouspyyntö muodostuu tästä asiakirjasta sekä seuraavista liitteistä: - Sopimusluonnos - Liite 1 Palvelukuvaus - Liite 2 Hintalomake - Liite 3 Referenssit - Liite 4 JYSE 2014 PALVELUT (Huhtikuu 2022 päivitysversio) Sopimuksen tavoitteena on, että palveluilla edistetään osaltaan työhyvinvointia, vähennetään sairauspoissaolojen määrää ja nostetaan OSAOn houkuttelevuutta työnantajana. Palvelukokonaisuuden tavoitteena on, että henkilöstö voi hyvin. Työterveysyhteistyön tavoitteena on siirtää työterveyshuollon painopistettä aiempaa enemmän ennaltaehkäisevän työterveyshuollon suuntaan. Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2026-31.12.2028, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.
