Hankinnan kohteena on ensisijaisesti ortognaattinen leikkaussuunnittelu palveluna, sekä ohjurit ja levyt tavarana Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueelle (PSHVA) tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Osana potilaan ortognaattista hoitoa suoritetaan leukojensiirtoleikkaus joko ylä- (LeFort 1) tai alaleukaan (BSSO) tai molempiin (Bimax). Kyseisiin leikkauksiin sisältyvät osteomiat suoritetaan ohjatusti erityisesti yläleuan ja toisinaan myös alaleuan osalta optimaalisen leikkaustuloksen aikaansaamiseksi. Ohjatun ostetomian yhteydessä käytetään myös yksilöllisiä osteosynteesilevyjä. Leuansiirtoleikkauksen suunnittelu tapahtuu oikojahammaslääkärin, suu- ja leukakirurgin sekä palveluntarjoajan suunnittelijan kesken yhteistyössä. Suunnittelu tapahtuu täysin digitaalisesti potilaalta skannatun purennan ja KKTT- tai TT- kuvantamisten perusteella. Suunnittelussa suunnitellaan 3D-ympäristössä potilaan anatomia huomioiden osteotomialinjat ja siirretään potilaan leuat optimaaliseen asemaan. Leukojensiirron mallinnuksen perusteella suunnitellaan osteotomia- eli leikkausohjuri ja edelleen leuat uudelle paikalleen stabiloivat osteosynteesilevyt. Osteotomian jälkeen osteosynteesilevyt kiinnitetään potilaaseen esiporattujen reikien mukaisesti osteosynteesiruuveilla. Ruuvienreiät porataan osteomian yhteydessä leikkausohjurin mukaisesti. Yksilölliset ohjurit ja levyt toimitetaan Servican tavarantoimitusketjun mukaisesti ja ruuvit sairaalaan kaupintavarastotuotteiksi. Hankinnassa on yhdistetty palvelua ja tavaraa. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan kohde muodostaa luontevan hankintakokonaisuuden, jonka jakaminen tekisi hankinnan toteuttamisesta hankalaa. Osatarjouksia ei huomioida. Hankinnassa valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa etusijajärjestyksessä. Puitejärjestelyn ennakoitu arvo on 600 000 euroa sopimuskaudelle. Puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on 600 000 euroa sopimuskaudelle. Sopimuskausi on määräaikaisesti neljä (4) vuotta kestävä sopimus alustavasti ajalle 1.1.2027-31.12.2030.
