Hankinnan kohteena ovat lähivastaanottona toteutettavat työterveyspsykologin ostopalvelut Lappican asiakkaille Lappican toimipisteillä 1.1.2027 alkaen määräajaksi. Ostopalvelun hankinnan osa-alueet: Osa-alue 1: Kemijärvi ja Salla, tarve 0,2 htv työpanokselle yhteensä (1,0 htv = työaika 38 t 15 min / viikko) Osa-alue 2: Kemi, Simo, Tervola, Tornio, Ylitornio, tarve 0,5 htv työpanokselle yhteensä Osa-alue 3: Sodankylä, Ivalo, Utsjoki, Kittilä, Kolari, Muonio, Enontekiö, tarve 0,5 htv työpanokselle yhteensä Osa-alueeseen liittyvä työpanoksen arvioitu jakautuminen eri toimipisteille on ilmoitettu Hintalomakkeella (liite 4). Osa-alueen palvelut tulee toteutua yhden ja saman palveluntuottajan toimesta. Toimittajan valintaperusteena kuhunkin palveluun on halvin hinta per vastaanottotunti (60 min, alv 0 %). Sopimus tehdään edullisimman hankintakriteerit täyttävän tarjoajan kanssa per hankinnan osa-alue. Vastaanottoaikojen laskutus tehdään toteutuneen ajankäytön perusteella. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa palvelua.
