Description

Hankinnan kohteena on röntgenkuvien (ns. natiivikuvien) etälausuntapalvelu, jossa Toimittajan radiologian erikoislääkärit tuottavat lausuntoja Tilaajan toimittamista kuvantamistutkimuksista OptoMed-portaalin kautta. Palvelu on toimiluvallista arvonlisäverotonta terveydenhuollon palvelua. Palvelu kattaa perusterveydenhuollon natiiviröntgentutkimukset, mukaan lukien esimerkiksi thorax-kuvaukset, tuki- ja liikuntaelinten kuvaukset. Hankinnan kohteeseen eivät kuulu hammasradiologiset eikä rintaradiologiset natiiviröntgentutkimukset. Tilaaja hankkii etälausuntoja tarpeensa mukaisesti, eikä sitoudu vähimmäisostomääriin. Tavoitteena on aloittaa sopimuskausi 1.11.2026. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Lausunnot tuotetaan OptoMed-portaalin kautta palvelukuvauksessa tarkemmin kuvatulla tavalla. Arvio tutkimusmäärästä on noin 12 000-15 000 lausuntoa vuodessa. Vertailutietona todetaan, että Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue hankki ostopalveluna vuonna 2024 noin 12 200 ja vuonna 2025 noin 13 700 natiivikuvatutkimuksen lausuntoa. Tiedot on annettu tarjoajien hankinnan laajuuden arvioinnin tueksi, eivätkä ne sido tilaajaa tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Hankinnassa valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja tuottamaan palvelua.
