Description

Hankinnan kohteena olivat Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue Siun soten (myöhemmin Siun sote) toiminta-alueella toteutettavat lasten, nuorten ja aikuisten neuropsykologiset palvelut sopimuskaudelle 15.5.2025 - 31.5.2027 + optiot yksi (1) + yksi (1) vuotta. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Palveluja koskevat vaatimukset on esitetty tarkemmin jäljempänä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Neuropsykologisen kuntoutuksen sisältö ja kesto määritellään yksilöllisen kuntoutussuunnitelman mukaan asiakkaan maksusitoumukseen. Kuntoutus voi esimerkiksi sisältää 10-20 palvelutapaamista/vuosi, enintään kahden (2) vuoden ajan ja kuntoutuksen alkuun voi sisältyä 1-2 tutkimuskäyntiä. Neuropsykologinen kuntoutus voi toteutua lähipalveluna tai osittain tai kokonaan etäpalveluna asiakaskohtaisen maksusitoumuksen mukaisesti.; Neuropsykologinen ohjaus voi esimerkiksi sisältää 5-10 ohjaustapaamista asiakkaan ja/tai hänen vanhempiensa ja/tai opettajien tai muiden asiakkaan arjen tukihenkilöiden kanssa. Ohjaustapaamisissa kuntouttaja käy läpi asiakkaan neuropsykologiset erityispiirteet ja niiden huomioimisen mahdollisuudet asiakkaan arkiympäristössä. Neuropsykologisen ohjauksen alkuun voi sisältyä 1-2 yksittäistä tutkimuskäyntiä. Neuropsykologinen ohjaus voi toteutua lähipalveluna tai osittain tai kokonaan etäpalveluna asiakaskohtaisen maksusitoumuksen mukaisesti.; Neuropsykologinen tutkimus on asiakkaan kognitiivisiin erityisvaikeuksiin, kuten kielelliseen, hahmottamisen, tarkkaavuuden ja toiminnanohjauksen vaikeuksiin kohdistuvaa tutkimusta. Se voi kohdistua myös lukemisen, kirjoittamisen tai matemaattisiin oppimisen vaikeuksiin. Neuropsykologinen tutkimus on tarpeen diagnostisissa selvittelyissä sairauden tai häiriön seurausten, toimintakykyisyyden ja mahdollisten kuntoutustoimenpiteiden tarpeen ja tuloksellisuuden arvioinnissa. Tutkimus perustuu haastatteluihin, neuropsykologisiin arviointimenetelmiin ja tutkimustilanteissa tehtyihin havaintoihin.
