Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi on pyytänyt osallistumishakemuksia Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialueen, Siun soten alle 18-vuotiaiden lasten ja nuorten neuropsykiatrisen valmennuksen ostopalveluja koskevaan hankintajärjestelmään, jonka perusteella hankitaan neuropsykiatrisen valmennuksen ostopalveluja hankintakaudella 1.10.2024 - 30.09.2030. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Osallistumishakemus on sitova; palveluntuottaja sitoutuu osallistumishakemuksessa ilmoittamiinsa tietoihin ja osallistumispyynnön ehtoihin jättämällä osallistumishakemuksen. Osallistumishakemus on tullut laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi ilmoittaa tällä jälki-ilmoituksella kootusti kaikki uudet sopimustoimittajat, jotka on hyväksytty mukaan hankintajärjestelmään v. 2025 käsittelyajalla. Sopimus on tehty osallistumishakemuksen perusteella.
