Summary

Machine-generated summary

The procurement covers construction of Phase 1 of a senior centre in the Lassila district of Helsinki as a fixed-price SR contract, including all building works, all HVAC, plumbing, electrical and automation (LVISA) works and all necessary design. The project is demolition-based new construction: from block 29176, three Heka residential buildings from 1978 and their yards will be demolished, with an option to demolish one further 1978 Heka residential building and yard in block 29175. Parking on plot 29175/6 is included, as are demolition plans and works. The senior centre will operate around the clock and connect functionally to the existing service building on Hopeatie. Design may start after signing the pre-contract; construction should start by October 2027 at the latest.
