Hankinnan kohteena on pesulapalveluiden hankinta Helsingin seurakuntayhtymälle tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan tilaajaa sitomaton arvioitu volyymi vuositasolla on n. 150.000 euroa (alv. 0 %) eli sopimuksen tilaajaa sitomaton arvioitu kokonaisarvo on noin 600.000 euroa (alv. 0 %) sisältäen mahdolliset optiovuodet. Palvelun käyttäjien määrä voi vaihdella sopimuskauden aikana toiminnan ja toimipisteiden muutoksen mukaan. Muutoksiin voivat vaikuttaa kesäajan toiminta, remontit, toiminnan päättyminen yms. Muutoksista johtuen toimitukset tulee voida keskeyttää sovituksi ajaksi tai peruuttaa kokonaan korvauksetta. Kaikista muutoksista neuvotellaan ja sovitaan tilaajan kanssa aina erikseen tapauskohtaisesti. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvollisuutta. Tilaaja ostaa palvelua tarpeen mukaan. Toimittajalla ei ole yksinmyyntioikeutta. Vaihtoehtoiset tai rinnakkaiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Tarjousten vertailussa käytetään halvinta hintaa valintaperusteena, koska oleelliset laatuun vaikuttavat seikat on huomioitu kattavasti hankinnan kohteen määrittelyssä sekä hankinnan vähimmäisvaatimuksissa. Hankintapäätös on tarkoitus tehdä maaliskuussa 2026 ja hankintasopimuksen on tarkoitus astua voimaan 1.6.2026. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta 2026-2028. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden jatkaa puitesopimusta kaksi (2) optiovuotta, vuoden kerrallaan varsinaisen puitesopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien.
