Description

Hankinnan kohteena on tekstiilivuokrauspalvelu, joka kattaa puhdastilatyöasun ja -moppien vuokrauksen, pesun, toivotunlaisen pakkaamisen, steriloinnin, mahdolliset korjaukset ja kuljetuksen. Sairaala-apteekin henkilökunta käyttää steriililääkkeenvalmistustiloissa (luokka A/B) puhdastilahaalari-, huppu -kenkäyhdistelmää, -alusasua ja -sukkia (jäljempänä puhdastilatyöasu) valmistaessaan steriililääkkeitä puhdastiloissa. Alusasuja ja sukkia käytetään myös sellaisenaan työskenneltäessä C- tai D-luokan tiloissa. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja seuraavissa liitteissä: - Tarjouslomake (Liite 1) - Palvelukuvaus (Liite 2) - Sopimusluonnos (Liite 3) - Julkisten hankintojen yleiset sopimusehdot, JYSE 2025 PALVELUT (Liite 4) - Referenssit (Liite 5) Sopimus tulee voimaan 1.2.2026 ja on voimassa kaksi vuotta. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta yhteensä kahdella optiovuodella (1+1 vuotta), jotka voidaan ottaa käyttöön yksi tai useampi vuosi kerrallaan.
