Description

Turun kaupungin hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia tekstiilien vuokraus- ja pesulapalveluista ajalle 15.5.2025 (tavoite) - 28.2.2029, jonka jälkeen sopimusta voidaan Tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa yhdellä (1) kahden (2) vuoden optiokaudella. Turun ammattikorkeakoulu Oy liittyy sopimukseen 1.7.2025 alkaen. Tarjoajan tulee jättää tarjous joko vuokratekstiileistä (osat 1 ja 2) ja/tai pesulapalveluista (osat 3 ja 4). Optiona on osa-alue 5 unipussit ja tyynyt. Hankinta toteutetaan seudullisena siten, että hankinnassa ovat mukana seuraavat kunnat ja yhtiöt: - Turun kaupunki (kaikki osa-alueet) - Kaarinan kaupunki (osat 3-5) - Ruskon kunta (osat 3 ja 4) - Salon kaupunki (osat 1 ja 2) - Turun ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (1.7.2025 alkaen) (osat 1-4) - Koy Turun monitoimitilat (kaikki osa-alueet) OPTIO: Turun ammatti-instituutilla (TAI) on voimassa oleva sopimus 31.5.2026 saakka. TAI liittyy halutessaan tähän sopimukseen 1.6.2026 alkaen. (osat 1 ja 2) Jos TAI liittyy sopimukseen, katsotaan sopimustuotteet ja toimitusajat tarkemmin ennen sopimuksen aloitusta valitun palveluntuottajan kanssa. TAI:lle annettavat tarjoushinnat annetaan liitteelle 6 ja ne ovat osana vertailua. Hankinta on kuvattuna tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
