Muuttopalvelujen puitejärjestely Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO pyytää tarjouksia muuttopalveluista tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Puitesopimuskumppaneiksi valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa. Mikäli saapuneita tarjouksia tai kelpoisuusehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia on vähemmän kuin kaksi (2), hankintayksikkö voi valita puitesopimuskumppaneiksi tätä vähemmän toimittajia. Puitesopimuksen tarkempi kuvaus löytyy liitteenä olevasta Palvelukuvauksesta (Liite 2). Tilaajana on OSAOn konserni (Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO ja OSAO Edu Oy). Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään minimiostomäärään vaan palvelut tilataan tarpeen mukaan.,
