Description

Numera Palvelut Oy pyysi asiakkailleen tarjousta vuokrattavista varhaiskasvatuksen makuupusseista tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tämän sopimuksen Tilaajayhteisöjen varhaiskasvatusyksiköihin hankitaan vuokrattavia makuupusseja lasten päivälepoa varten. Hankinta sisältää makuupussien vuokrauspalvelut kokonaispalveluna kattaen tekstiilien pesu-, huolto- ja toimitusprosessin. Myös käytöstä poistettujen tekstiilien kierrättäminen/loppuhävittäminen sisältyy palvelun hintaan. Sopimuskauden aikana Tilaajat hankkivat palvelua tarpeen mukaan ja toimituskohteet voivat muuttua sopimuskauden aikana siten, että sopimuskaudella kohteita voi poistua tai tulla lisää. Tilaajilla on käytössään myös muita varhaiskasvatuksen vuodevaatetekstiilejä, jotka eivät kuulu tämän hankinnan piiriin. Tilaajat päättävät itse siitä, mitkä tekstiilihankinnat ne toteuttavat vuokraamalla ja mitkä ostamalla. Kilpailutus suoritettiin avoimella menettelyllä, jonka perusteella hankintasopimuksen palveluntuottajaksi valittiin yksi vertailussa eniten pisteitä saanut tarjoaja. Hankintasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Kilpailutuksen valintaperusteena on ollut kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus ja vertailuperusteena paras hinta-laatusuhde hinnan painoarvon ollessa 80 pistettä ja laadun painoarvon ollessa 20 pistettä. Kilpailutukseen sitoutuneet tai optioasiakkaiksi ilmoittautuneet Numera Palvelut Oy:n omistaja-asiakkaat on ilmoitettu sopimusluonnoksen liitteessä 1 (kts. sopimusluonnoksen Liite 1)
