Tämä on jälki-ilmoitus, painatuspalvelujen hankinnasta Kouvolan kaupungin toimialoille. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt tuotemäärät ovat arvioita, tuotteiden yksikköhinnat pyydetään tilausmäärä-vaihteluväleittäin, koska tilaajan tosiasialliset tilausmäärät vaihtelevat tarpeen mukaan. Nämä määrät eivät kuitenkaan ole tilaajaa sitovia. Tilaaja ei sitoudu hankkimaan tiettyä tuotemäärää sopimuskauden aikana, vaan lopulliset tilausmäärät määräytyvät tarpeen mukaan. Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden tilata tuotteita arvioitua enemmän tai vähemmän sopimuskauden aikana. Tarjouspyynnössä mainittujen tuotteiden lisäksi voidaan hankkia myös muita ko. tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita. Hankittaviin painatuspalveluihin sisältyy muun muassa pientulosteet ja kortit, suurkuvatulosteet, skannaukset, rakennuspiirustusten tulostus. Kilpailutuksessa puitejärjestelyyn valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa kullekin osa-alueelle tarjouspyynnön vertailuperusteiden mukaisesti. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Alle 20 000 euron arvoiset puitejärjestelyn sisällä tehtävät hankinnat voidaan tilata tarpeen mukaan hankintayksikön harkinnan mukaan soveltuvimmalta puitejärjestelyn osa-alueeseen valitulta toimittajalta osa-aluekohtaisesti. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden määritellä tilauskohtaisen tarpeen ja soveltuvuuden arvioinnin näiden osalta. Yli 20 000 euron arvoiset puitejärjestelyn sisällä tehtävät hankinnat hankitaan kevennetyn kilpailutuksen kautta (minikilpailutus) osa-aluekohtaisesti kyseiseen osa-alueeseen valittujen toimittajien kesken. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta. Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2027 sekä mahdollisuus kahteen optiovuoteen 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2029.
