Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Jyväskylän Hippos osaamiskeskukselle Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulun Hyvinvointiyksikön käyttöön vuonna 2027 valmistuviin tiloihin sijoittuva simulaatiojärjestelmä (AV-järjestelmä) pääasiassa opetuskäyttöön. Simulaatiojärjestelmän tulee kattaa kaikki tarjouspyynössä luetellut laitteet sekä ohjelmisto. Simulaatioympäristö kattaa varsinaisten simulaatiotilojen lisäksi kaikki oppimistilat kahdessa (2) kerroksessa ja ohjaustilat, joista ohjataan simulaatiotilanteita ja yhteyksiä eri opetustiloihin. Simulaatiojärjestelmän avulla luodaan opetustarkoituksiin monipuolisia sosiaali- ja terveysalan aitoja vuorovaikutus- ja asiakastilanteita muistuttavia simulaatioharjoituksia. Simulaatiojärjestelmän tarkoitus on mahdollistaa opetustilanteiden kuvaamisen, tallentamisen ja reaaliaikaisen ohjauksen. Liikuntapääkaupunki Jyväskylään rakentuva uusi Hipposkeskus tulee tarjoamaan ainutlaatuisen kokonaisuuden liikkua, harrastaa, ja urheilla. Hippoksen alue tulee vahvistamaan entisestään Jyväskylän asemaa liikunnan ja huippu-urheilun johtavana tutkimuksen ja koulutuksen kaupunkina. Hipposkeskus koostuu neljästä (4) kokonaisuudesta: liikuntakeskuksesta, osaamiskeskuksesta, jääurheilukeskuksesta sekä pysäköintihalli Hippos-Parkista. Rakentamista tehdään vaiheittain, ja kokonaisuudessaan hanke valmistuu loppuvuoteen 2027 mennessä. Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulun Hyvinvointiyksikkö muuttaa Hippos osaamiskeskuksen tiloihin, viidenteen (5.) ja kuudenteen (6.) kerrokseen. Hankintayksikkö on aiemmin julkaissut hankintaan liittyvän tietopyynnön (585563 / Jamk - Simulaatiojärjestelmä tietopyyntö) sekä tarjouspyynnön (603116 / Jamk - Hippos osaamiskeskuksen simulaatiojärjestelmä). Kilpailutus/hankinta keskeytettiin 9.6.2026 tarjouspyynnössä olleiden olennaisten virheiden vuoksi. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan eri osa-alueet muodostavat toiminnallisen ja teknisen kokonaisuuden, jonka toteuttaminen useamman toimittajan kesken aiheuttaisi merkittävän riskin yhteensopivuuden, vastuunjaon ja aikataulun hallinnan osalta. Hankinnan pilkkominen lisäisi olennaisesti koordinaatiotarvetta ja voisi vaarantaa sopimuksen asianmukaisen toteuttamisen. Lisäksi kokonaisratkaisu mahdollistaa hankinnan toteuttamisen teknisesti hallittavalla ja kustannustehokkaalla tavalla.
