Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Veikkaus konsernin esitystekniikan laitteet ja palvelut. Hankinta koostuu muun muassa seuraavista kohteista: • Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) -laitteet ja Teams-kollaboraatiolaitteet • Muut kollaboraatiolaitteet (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) • Edellisiin liittyvät kamerat, mikrofonit ja äänentoistolaitteet • Nykyisiin MTR-laitteisiin ja muihin AV-järjestelmiin tehtävät muutokset/laajennukset • Teams Panel -ovenpielinäytöt • Näytöt, infonäytöt ja kosketusnäytöt • Muut aktiivilaitteet ja asennustarvikkeet • Hankittaviin laitteisiin ja asiakkaan nykyisiin laitteisiin liittyvät etähallintaratkaisut- ja palvelut • Muut käyttöönottoa tukevat asennus-, projekti-, ylläpito- ja huoltopalvelut Sopimuksella hankitaan tuotteita pääsääntöisesti omaksi (ostolaitteena), mutta mahdollistetaan myös muut hankintatavat niin sovittaessa (leasing-laitteet ja palvelulaitteet). Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös hankinnan kohteen mukaisiin laitteisiin liittyvät palvelut. Palveluita voidaan hankkia myös muuta kautta hankittuihin laitteisiin. Laitteita ja palveluita tulee pystyä toimittamaan kaikkiin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 3 yksilöityihin toimipisteisiin ja paikkoihin, esitettyjen ehtojen ja tarpeen mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohde sekä laitteille ja palveluille asetetut vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
