Keva (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia Adobe-käyttöoikeuksista ja niihin liittyvästä jakelu- ja hallintapalvelu hankinnasta. Hankinnan kohteen kuvauksessa määriteltyjen käyttöoikeuksien lisäksi Kevalla tulee olla mahdollista tilata myös muita Adobe-käyttöoikeuksia sopimuskauden aikana. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan yksi palveluntuottaja. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kolmekymmentäkuusi (36) kuukautta. Määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.
