Keravan kaupunki pyytää tarjousta huoltokirja- ja kunnossapitojärjestelmästä. Keravan kaupunki omistaa ja hallinnoi laajaa kiinteistökantaa, johon kuuluu muun muassa: - kouluja - päiväkoteja - liikuntapaikkoja - toimistorakennuksia - muita kaupungin käytössä olevia rakennuksia. Kiinteistöjen hallinta edellyttää useiden eri tietojen ja prosessien yhteensovittamista, kuten: - kunnossapito ja huoltotehtävät - energiankulutus - vedenkulutus - olosuhdetiedot - hälytykset ja poikkeamat - raportointi ja analytiikka. Nykyisessä toimintaympäristössä näitä tietoja hallitaan useissa eri järjestelmissä sekä osittain manuaalisissa prosesseissa. Tiedon hajautuminen vaikeuttaa kokonaiskuvan muodostamista kiinteistöjen tilasta ja hidastaa päätöksentekoa. Lisäksi kiinteistöjen ylläpidossa korostuu yhä enemmän tarve: - parantaa energiatehokkuutta - tunnistaa poikkeamat nopeasti - siirtyä ennakoivaan kunnossapitoon - hyödyntää dataa päätöksenteon tukena.
