Hankinnan kohteena on lääkkeiden koneellinen annosjakelupalvelu Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen niiden asiakkaiden tarpeisiin, joiden palveluun sisältyy lääkehoidosta huolehtiminen. Palvelu on terveydenhuoltolaissa määriteltyä sairaanhoitopalvelua. Lääkkeiden koneellista annosjakelupalvelua hankitaan Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen koti- ja asumispalveluihin. Sopimuskaudella palveluiden rajoissa kuntien sisällä voi tapahtua muutoksia. Lisäksi tilaaja ja tarjoaja voivat molemminpuolisella sopimuksella laajentaa optiona palvelua muihin yksiköihin, kuten psykososiaalisiin koti- ja asumispalveluihin, jos se nähdään molemminpuolisesti tarkoituksen mukaisena. Näissä mahdollisissa optiolaajennuksissa sovelletaan soveltuvilta osin tämän hankinnan ehtoja. Liitteessä 1.
