Description

Rauman kaupungin Hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia aikuisten maahanmuuttajien kotoutumiskoulutuksesta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Palvelua toteutetaan Satakunnassa Etelä-Satakunnan työllisyysalueella, jonka muodostavat seuraavat kunnat: Rauma, Eura, Eurajoki, Huittinen ja Säkylä. Hankinta on jaettu 2 osa-alueeseen: 1. Aikuisten maahanmuuttajien kotoutumiskoulutus lähiopetus 2. Aikuisten maahanmuuttajien kotoutumiskoulutus verkkokoulutus Kilpailutus suoritetaan avoimella menettelyllä, jonka perusteella kullekin osa-alueelle valitaan enintään yksi (1) tarjoaja, jonka kanssa hankintayksikkö tekee puitesopimuksen. Yhdelle tarjoajalle myönnettävien osien enimmäismäärää ei ole rajoitettu, eli tarjoaja voi tulla valituksi palveluntuottajaksi yhteen tai molempiin osa-alueisiin. Tarjouskilpailulla hankitaan kotoutumiskoulutusta toteutettavaa koulutuspalvelua vuodelle 2026. Kilpailutettava koulutus on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa Palvelukuvaus-liitteessä (liite 1). Puitesopimuskausi on 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. Sopimus syntyy vasta, kun molemmat osapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen. Optio: Sopimuskautta voidaan jatkaa yhdellä (1) yhden (1) vuoden pituisella optiokaudella ajalle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027. Optiokauden käyttöönotosta Rauman kaupunki päättää erikseen ja ilmoittaa siitä viimeistään kaksi (2) kuukautta ennen voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä. Option käyttäminen on Rauman kaupungin oikeus, ei velvollisuus. Koko hankinnan ennakoitu arvo koko sopimuskaudelle (sisältäen optiokauden) on 1 360 000 euroa (alv 0%). Rauman kaupunki ei sitoudu sopimuskauden aikana tiettyyn hankinnan määrään tai arvoon. Koulutuksia hankitaan osa-alueittain tarpeen mukaan, eikä koulutusten jakautumista osa-alueille ole ennalta määritelty. Hankintayksikkö varaa itselleen oikeuden olla hankkimatta tässä tarjouspyynnössä esitettyä koulutusta. Tämän tarjouspyynnön perusteella tehtävien hankintojen määrä toteutuu määrärahojen puitteissa. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta. Tarkemmat tiedot löytyvät liitteestä 1 Palvelukuvaus.
