Поставка товару здійснюється партіями відповідно до замовлення, не пізніше ніж протягом трьох робочих днів, що йдуть за днем отримання замовлення Товару, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару. Не допускається додавання цукру, підсолоджувачів, ароматизаторів, барвників, консервантів та інших добавок, якщо їх наявність не передбачена нормативними вимогами для даного виду продукції. Продукт не повинен мати ознак бродіння, плісняви, стороннього запаху або присмаку, а також інших ознак псування. Маркування повинно містити найменування продукту, склад, об'єм, дату виробництва, строк придатності, умови зберігання та інформацію про виробника відповідно до чинного законодавства України. Поставка та транспортування продукції здійснюються з дотриманням умов, установлених виробником. Під час приймання товару Замовник перевіряє відповідність найменування, виду, об'єму, складу, упаковки, маркування, органолептичних показників та строку придатності вимогам цієї технічної специфікації. Періодичність поставок - 2-3 рази на тиждень в залежності від потреби. Поставка продукції виконується за заявками Замовника письмової/усної або будь-яким способом (по телефону, листом або по електронній пошті), в повному обсязі, без змін кількості. Постачальник підписанням Договору запевняє, гарантує та підтверджує наступне: Товар не є походженням із Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
